34' Gemini 105 Catamaran

1- The original engine (Westerbeke diesel) was noisy (although with only 500 hours) was replaced by a new High Thrust Yamaha 4 stroke 25 HP outboard – very quiet, we don’t even know when running! (5 hours to date) .
2- The toilet has now a separate enclosure from the shower and sink.
3- Toilet is now the best electric model on the market
4- A brand new (still unused) Spectra water maker servicing two storage tanks
5- 3 large Gel cell batteries handle all possible demands.
6- Storage and more storage The Starboard cabin is now a partial storage/utility area with a clothes washer and drying rack and enough sleeping room for a small person.
7- Sails are like new.
8- New refrigerator operates on both electrical and propane as well as a separate freezer.
9- An electric remote to lower the Davits to attach to and raise the dinghy. Makes it so easy to go in and out.
10- The main area, salon and galley was always too hot on sunny days so we installed a permanent shade to help block the sun as well as blocked and insulated the other window in the main cabin.
11- Two air conditioning units– One solely for the primary cabin and washroom while the other for the salon and second cabin.
12- Galley has a new counter and a larger stainless sink/and a new stove/oven.
13- More storage: We transformed the settee from 6 to 4-seater and created right across the back a long storage cabinet accessible from port and starboard sides .
14- More storage cabinets also on both sides (galley and Port)
15- Power : Brand new generator Honda 2200 IE to power watermaker and A/C if batteries are low and 700 watts solar panels keep all systems up on the sunny Sea of Cortez – haven’t yet needed to use the gen – Lights are all LED, some with remote control.
16- A new custom, large Bimini over the cockpit includes a rooftop channel to recuperate rain water.
17- New wiring and AC and DC panels and electronics redone to the state of the art marine wires etc. including new GPS/Radar/Auto pilot / VHF/inverter Charger/ etc.
18- 12 V Fans in every room.
19- Brand new (2 anchors) and electrical remote windless from helm and at the station
